Party Hall Booking
To book the clubhouse party hall
- Open MyGate app.
- Go to Amenities.
- Choose the Party Hall, along with your preferred date and time.
Proceed with Payment.
- Note: If you face any challenges, please send an email to booking@plhhoa.in, to assist you further.

- Approved application will be intimated for onboarding process along with Approval letter.

- Trainers must provide all relevant documents to security at the Parcel 5 cabin.

- Upon verification, security will collect Rs. 200 and issue the ID card.

How to Dispose of Paint Properly:
- Small quantities: Allow small amounts of paint to dry in the sunlight.
- Moderate quantities: Mix kitty litter or newspaper with moderate amounts of paint to absorb and dry it.
- Large quantities: For larger amounts, utilize a paint hardener. Once dried, the paint can be discarded with regular household waste.

It is noticed that there are around 100+ units where GAIL GAS connection is not completed and there are around 1700+ flats where GAIL GAS is not converted or used.
Here we are sharing the number of GAIL team members who will assist the residents to complete this and start using the same.

- Share your vehicle details along with RC/Insurance Copy
- Visit P5 Security Cabin during Day time 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Move In/Out
PLHHOA Rental Parking
1. Notification: Need Mygate ticket / Mails from the Owner, stating the intention to vacate the flat on a specific date (____). This ticket must be obtained prior to proceeding with the move-out process.
2. CAM Charges: Ensure all CAM charges are cleared up to date. This is a mandatory requirement for the move-out process.
3. Move-out Form
1. Notification: Need Mygate ticket / Mails from the Owner, stating the intention to vacate the flat on a specific date (____). This ticket must be obtained prior to proceeding with the move-out process.
2. CAM Charges: Ensure all CAM charges are cleared up to date. This is a mandatory requirement for the move-out process.
3. Move-out Form and Vehicle Sticker: Collect the move-out form and return your vehicle sticker to the Stalwart team at the Parcel 5 security cabin.
4. Seal and Signature: The Stalwart team will provide a seal and signature.
5. Move-out Formalities: Only after completing these steps can we proceed with the move-out formalities.
6. Final Step: Visit the Sila Estate office to collect your No Dues Certificate (NDC) upon move-out. Please note that a move-out charge of ₹2000 is applicable.
Internal Shifting Formalities:
1. Notification: Need Mygate ticket / Mails from the Owner, stating the intention to vacate one flat on a specific date (**) and move into another flat on a specific date (**). This ticket must be obtained prior to proceeding with the internal shifting process.
2. CAM Charges: Ensure all CAM charges are cleared up to date for both flats. This is a mandatory requirement for the internal shifting process.
3. Update Vehicle Details: Collect the internal shifting form and return your vehicle sticker to the Stalwart team at the Parcel 5 security cabin. The security team will sign and update their records.
4. Final Step: Visit the Sila Estate office to collect your No Dues Certificate (NDC) upon internal shifting. Please note that an internal shifting charge of ₹2000 is applicable.

Pet Registration and Guidelines
Registration Method:
- MyGate --> User Profile ( Right top corner)
- Under Household --> Manage --> Add Pet
- Select Pet Type --> Breed
- Provide Pet Name
- Provide the Vaccination details Date of vaccination, Next Vaccination and upload vaccination records
